I can't quite muster the words to best describe just how brilliantly Millie executed the process. From helping to guide up to prepare the house and present it best, to deciding on the best market asking price, which was dead accurate, getting an extraordinary amount of interest. The final selling price was actually slightly over the original asking price, and was processed and finalized very fast and professionally. We met Millie at an open house. We were not actively looking to buy a new home but were interested in the one home we visited. We instantly felt a connection with her. She has a great personality and sense of humor. At no time did she pressure us to put in an offer on that home or to put our house on the market. Although we did head in that direction, the timeline required did not work for us. She immediately started to email us other homes that met our criteria without any pressure to move forward.
